Elevate SA-19 Primer is used to prime and prepare exterior concrete, wood, and metal surfaces to enhance the adhesion of Elevate V-Gard vapor control membrane. It's also used to prime seams when required. It contains synthetic rubber and synthetic resins, dissolved in inflammable organic solvents.
